Q: I would like to purchase your products in person. When will you be coming to my town?
A: Please click here to check our Show Schedule page. We update it often, so check back soon or email us! Note: BeezGirls and some Royal Bee products are not carried at shows at this time.
Q: How much does it cost to have it shipped to me?
A: We do have free shipping available on any order over $55 or more. If your order is under $55, we have many options available and shipping starts at $7.
Q: I would like to send in a check or money order. How do I do that?
A: Please email us or call us first to get your total for the products you would like to purchase. Then make your check payable to The Link Group Inc (a check made out to our product name Honey Bee will not be accepted) and send it to: The Link Group, Inc PO Box 22386, Orlando, FL 32830. Allow up to 6 weeks for us to receive and process your order.
Q: I have placed my order online or over the telephone. When will I receive this?
A: We ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday every week. If we receive your order after 12pm Friday, it will not be shipped until Monday at noon. After your box leaves our shipping center, it takes 2-5 business days to reach you. Times quoted by carriers in our shipping lines are provided by the carriers and are best case scenarios. They can not be relied upon. At this time, no shipping time estimates are guaranteed.
Q: Do your products contain sunscreen?
A: None of our products contain sunscreen at this time. Sunscreen and the amount of SPF you use is a personal decision and is different for every customer. All of our products can be used in conjunction with your favorite sunscreen brand.
Q: Do you still sell a pump option with any of your products?
A: We are completely out of pump kits for any of our products and will not be carrying them in the future.
